Tuned Search is a Firefox add-on that provides a toolbar search builder. It presents a set of filter cards, folds your entries into a single precise query, shows you that query before it runs, and sends it to the product's search endpoint. Tuned Search is distributed through the Mozilla Firefox Add-ons Marketplace (AMO). The website at www.tunedsearch.com supports the extension.
Tuned Search is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Tuned Search retains all rights to the extension and website. The Tuned Search name, logo, and assets are proprietary. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Your use of the extension and website is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at www.tunedsearch.com/privacy/. Please review it to understand how information is handled.
The extension and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuned Search will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension or website. Because Tuned Search is provided free of charge, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid (if any) or ten U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so those local laws may apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tuned Search from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the extension or website, or from your violation of these terms or any applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California. Nothing in this section waives any mandatory rights that EU users have under the GDPR or other applicable law.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the extension or website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date.
